| Ingredients:- 2 cups of cooked quinoa
 - 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
 - 1 cup of natural Greek yogurt
 - 3 tablespoons honey
 - Dijon Mustard
 - Chopped fresh thyme
 - Salt and pepper
 Preparation:1.- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
 2. On a baking sheet with parchment paper spread the cooked quinoa and bake until lightly toasted, about 25 minutes, stirring once or twice.
 3.- Cool completely in a bowl, breaking any large stick.
 4.- Increase the oven temperature to 220.
 5. Cover the mustard breasts and thyme and season with salt and pepper.
 6.- Fold the breasts with the crunchy quinoa and place them on a rack of the oven.
 7.- Bake until the chicken is at its point, 15 to 20 minutes.
 8. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the yogurt, the honey and the mustard of Dijon to make the mustard sauce.
 9.- Serve immediately.
